In-Home Consultation

During the consultation we’ll discuss the scope of your project, design preferences, budget and other logistics. Please note, there is an in-home consultation fee.

Exploratory phase

If you decide to move forward with MacFeat Home Design, I'll discuss initial design fees and ask for your approval before we begin the creative process. This includes a follow up visit for me to gather measurements, photos and additional details. I will present a preliminary design and gather quotes on materials and contractors so we can put together a realistic project budget.

DESIGN Phase

During the design phase we will finalize your layout and materials so I can gather final quotes and present you with a final design including scope of work, materials and finishes, and all drawings.

PURCHASING

When it's time for purchasing, I'll present you with a purchasing agreement for any materials or finishes I am providing.

on-site project support

A set amount of hours will be presented and agreed upon for on-site support. This will include overseeing key aspects of your project to ensure everything is built and installed exactly as planned. I'll be there through your project completion.
